Homework

No traveling anywhere this weekend.

I'm going to be writing a 2 page paper psychoanalyzing Frida Kahlo & then a 20 page research paper over neonate development. (A neonate is a newborn baby less than a month old).

I love traveling but I love my GPA more (right now). Aside from one more weekend, I have the rest of my weekends booked up with travel plans so now is the best time to focus on school and save a bit of money.

Austria with my cousin was Aaaamaaazing

Some places that we went to go see: (Click on the link)
Eisriesenwelt- The world's largest ice cave!
The Liechtensteinklamm Gorge
Salz Welten (Salt Mine in Salzburg)
Werfen Castle
Dom zu Salzburg Cathedral
Hohensalzburg Fortress
Golling Waterfall
Hofbrauhaus in Munich
Salzach Gorge

I've got the rest of my weekends planned out! It looks like I won't be going traveling for two weekends this semester. Hate to miss those two weekends for potential travel, but school takes priority.

Also, shout out to my mom for buying me that bea-ut-i-ful hat that you see in most of my pictures! I love that hat, and my mom certainly knows me & my style.

Budapest

Note: Romania pictures are below this post.

This weekend my parents came on holiday to Europe. They flew into Budapest and they came to Pecs to meet my friends and then they picked me up and we all went to Budapest for the weekend. We had a wonderful time: I introduced my parents to palinka but I don't think that they really appreciated it...hahahaa. Anyway, it was wonderful to see my parents and we had a marvelous time. Great food, lots and lots of walking, and lots of laughs.

oh, Romania...

No Dracula.

Romania! I'm back. It was very difficult to get there, very difficult for the first 2 days, but Eve and I had a great final day so that made up for it all. We went to see some castles and we went to Dracula's Castle and did the tourist thing there. I love castles! I'd love to live in one, as long as I wouldn't have to clean it (ahh that's my mother talking right there :)) Would I go back to Romania? Probably not. But that's okay, that's what traveling is all about.

This traveling baer has no intention of slowing down her travels. Budapest this weekend, Austria the next, and then on to Prague. I'm filling up my passport and I figure I'll come back broke, but happy.

I'll post pictures soon of Romania.
